Fluttr Application: Social Networking

We went to Webtec Solutions with a freshly built app that was experiencing significant problems regarding its ability to handle user loads.

Nash and his team performed an in-depth review of the app and identified the causes of the performance issues. They presented us with options to address the problems and explained the benefits and shortcomings of each. Finally, we decided to engage the Webtec team to perform a full rebuild of the application.

Before any contracts had been signed, Webtec Solutions conducted a workshop with us to determine the design of the app. This was a particularly valuable exercise as we were able to agree upon the features that could be included within our limited budget.

The Webtec team then built the application within budget and within schedule. The delivered product was of exceptional quality and only minor clarifications and rework were required as a result of our own testing procedures.

Finally, Nash and his team assisted us in uploading the app to both Apple and Android app stores, as this turned out to be a particularly difficult process. Nash’s experience was very helpful in negotiating the challenges of uploading the apps, and this was just one example of how he and his team went above and beyond our expectations to support us.

We couldn’t be happier with Nash’s approach to collaborating with us, and his genuine interest in the success of our project. The Webtec team were always readily available to answer our queries, were generous in their time with us and always reasonable with pricing. We look forward to working with Nash and the team in the future as we see their support as a key element to our success.
